RVAmag news posted a shitty article by some moron talking about ugg boots and women who are whorish and need to partake in planned parent hoods services. This article was apparently all in good fun, “satire”.The article was so shitty Jezebel picked it up and put it on their front page.

A gentleman named Curtis issued a challenge to RVAmag. Here it is

“In regards to your recently published “rant” on Ugghh Fashion, people discussing the issue of poor taste on Facebook is cool and all, but really just counter productive to the real issues at hand. Thank you for taking the article down, but in the long run the damage is done. This piece of journalism should have never passed an editor.

Planned Parenthood (and organization that is already FRAGILE in our state), was directly attacked in this article as a “satire”. This inspired me to make a donation to Planned Parenthood. Their resources for people who are “Sorority Sluts”, have helped countless people who do not have health care and need medical attention.

We can have a witch hunt all day long about the article and spin in circles, but really what is that to accomplish at the end of the day, apologies? I propose that we use this negative energy and put it towards good, instead of discussing ethics.

RVAMAG, use your abilities and do something good, if you can get a bunch of people out to see Girl Talk for $20 on a Sunday night, I think you can get at least 500 people (including the author and editor of said article) to match my donation of $25 to Planned Parenthood.
